Hi I’m Ruby,

I am passionate about inspiring and empowering women to achieve their goals, and yes, even dreams by building self confidence and self-worth, through motivational one-to-one coaching and group coaching.

My Bio

While bringing up two pre-school children on my own after divorce, I had to learn to dig deep and find out my strengths. With skills I had previously developed in dance and piano teaching, I was able to financially support my young family. I discovered I could achieve anything with the right mindset.

I wanted to help other women to discover their true potential, what they can achieve and what they can aspire to be.

Sometimes women lack confidence in themselves because our mind creates negative messages, limiting thoughts and beliefs that keep us in a stuck state, preventing us from moving forward in our lives, for example thoughts like:

  • I’m not clever enough
  • I lack confidence
  • I have self-doubt
  • I don’t have what it takes!

Well, isn’t time to start recognising your worth, listening to the feelings in your heart, feelings that are encouraging you to become:

– Motivated

– Determined

– Confident and Focused!
