What is confidence? How do you get it? Or is it only for a privileged few?

We may have confidence in activities that seem to come easy to us or we feel comfortable with, but what if we want to try something new or different?

Confidence is closely linked to self-belief, an inner feeling that leads to action, that moves you to achieve an outcome.

Having the right mindset is also important. So what is a mindset, why do we need it? With the right mindset your brain becomes trained to think in a positive way that creates a vision of what you want and see it come to fruition.

Confidence is a quality needed to work on continuously to stay ahead of your goals. Even great coaches or speakers can sometimes loose confidence, so working on confidence is a daily regular activity.

We also need to work on how we can regain our confidence if we lose it for a time. Below are 3 positive actions that can help you when reclaiming your confidence,

  • Write out positive thinking quotes and paste them all around your home. Sounds crazy? But it absolutely works!
  • Read motivational books – there are thousands to choose. Buy one that jumps out at you, that resonates with you.
  • Invest in yourself with 1:1 or group coaching. You are so worth it! Coaching supports you to stay on track with your goals and move you forward in the direction you want to go!

So isn’t time to breakthrough from whatever is holding you back from feeling confident and reaching your goals. Wouldn’t you love to make this happen, and make it real?
